Today I turned 35 years - such a day makes me realize that I have an amazing family, some of the “worst” friends, great business partners and people i can work together.
With 35 years, I feel at my best when it comes to my physical and mental strenght. I’m thankful that I’m in good health (guess my raw “rabbit” food diets and early morning routines pay off). I’m experiencing so much goodwill from everyone around me, I feel respected, loved, taken care of and always supported (as well from above).
I feel I know myself well! (I have recently discovered I’m an introvert – Now I realize why “being in solitude” is crucial for my survival)
I always did, what I believed in – even it made me fail in every possible way. I was lucky to have parents, siblings and friends who were supportive, patient and understanding. (or disagreeing, I wouldn’t listen anyway)
Somehow everything has always worked out for me in my past 35 years. I can look back at a solid career as an entrepreneur with a handful of great companies that I brought to life.
I was fortunate enough to meet some of the most extraordinary minds of todays time. I was fortunate enough to travel to the most unique places on earth. I was fortunate enough to eat in the most exclusive restaurants, drink some of the rarest spirits, see a life that not even the top 1% of the population can dream of!
All of that is only transitory – it does not count in the end!
All what matters my friend, is to be able to provide a ledger of what we have been, what we have done, and what we have meant to the world – what we leave behind.
My only wish for my birthday is that this wisdom will guide me for hopefully many years to come!
